    Ego Gerlochus de Hertenberch super fidem et animam meam confiteor harum serie litterarum quod racione captiuitatis шee facte per virum nobilem Guntberum marschalcum ecclesie Frisingensis et racione confiictus habiti inter comitiuam meam et seruitores ecclesie Frisingensis, videlicet Fridericum dictum Helle et VMricum dictum Perger, Chunradum filium quondam domini Wernheri, Vlricum dictum Lungawer et alios de parte altera et racione homieidii perpetrati in personam Amelrici de Wipaco, Frisingensem ecclesiam et specialiter predium aput Lonk, Guntherum marschalcum et predictos ecclesie seruitores et omnes ad eundem ecclesiam pertinentes et res eiusdem ecclesie dum uixero, non offendam nec ofiendi aliquatenus procurabo sed intendam pocius bona fide sine dolo et fraude omnibus que util i- tatem eiusdem ecclesie hominum atque rerum et specialiter Guntheri marschalci et predictorum Frisingensis ecclesie seruitorum respicere uidebuntur, ita ueraciter meam deus saluet animam in extremis. Adicio etiam quod si non attendero bona et sincera fide sine qualibet captione omnia premissa et promissa superius, sim ipso facto ex tune infidelis, exlex pariter et periurus. In cuius rei testimonium easdem presentes litteras mei duxi sigilli munimine roborandas. Datum aput Lonk, anno domini M. CC. LXXVIIII., in die beati Thome archiepi- scopi et martiris.
