1287, 11. Juni. — Leutwin, Caplan der St. Katharina-Capelle am Friedhof von St. Stephan in Wien, überlässt dem Schottenkloster tauschweise einen Grund dienst von einer Area in der Weihenburggasse.

    Nouerint singuli hanc paginam conspecturi, quod ego Levtwtnus, capellanus capelle sanete Katherine iuxta eimiterium saneti Stephani Wie une, de bono consensu domine mec Margarete, patrone eiusdem capelle, que cognominatur Grifemteinerinna, et filii sui dominiHein- rici cessi in censu medie libre, qui annis singulis predicte capelle persolui drbebat racione fundi de area, que sita est in strata Wienne, que Weihenpurg dicitur, continua Friderico, qui Lúgel cognominatur, venerabili domino Wilhelmo abbati monasterii sanete MarieScotorum Wienne totique conuentui sub hac forma, quod infra spacium vnius anni predictum censum in alio loco assignet prefate capelle, in quo etiam fundi proprietas habeatur. Constituimus etiam nos, patrona et ego, defensores sepedicti abbatis et conuentus ab omni inpeticione con tra quoslibet invasores. Testes sunt hi i dominus Gotfridus rector chori sancti Stephani, dominus Chunradus capellanus sepe nominati do mini abbatis, dominus Rinboto celeubus, magister Vlricus medicus et scolasticus Wiennenm , Fridrieus officialis, magister Rinboto et alii quam plurimi fide digni. In cuius rei testimonium presentent paginam sigillorum prenominati domini Heinrici Grifensteinarii et mei caracteribus volui communiri. Datum anno domini M°. CC°. LXXXV1I°. in festo beati Rarnabe apoetoli.
