    Nos Chunegundis miseracione diuina abbatissa et totus conuen- tns sanctimonialium monasterii sancti Nicolai extra muros ciuitatis Wiennensis ordinis Cysterciensis presentibus publice profitemur, quod, cum olim Heinricus Bawarus dictus Verber ciuis Wiennensis in remedium anime sue ad claustra subnotata sex librarum redditus legauerit, videlicet Predicatoribus vnam Iibram, Minoribus vnam libram et Augustinensibus vnam libram, item monialibus ad sanctum Lau- rentium vnam libram, ad sanctam Ciaram vnam libram et ad sanctam Mariant Magdalenam vnam libram, qui quidem redditus siti sunt in locis infrascriptis sic vnlgariter nominatis, videlicet, in den Werchhissen circa fossatum profundum decem solidi den., item ex alia parte fossati profundi media libra, item in dem Weirochperge quatuor- decim solidi den., item auf dem Jeus due libre cum dimidia libra den. Hos quidem sex librarum redditus de consensu et beneplacito vene- rabilis in Christo patris domini Johannis abbatis monasterii sanete Marie Scotorum Wienne, in cuius dominio et fundo siti sunt redditus prelibati, vnde sibi de eisdem singulis annis in die beati Michahelis viginti quinque denarii seruiuntur, emimus sev comparauimus, nobis et nostro monasterio quiete et pacifiée perpetuis temporibus possi- dendos, saluo tamen omni eo iure, quod prenotato domino Johann* abbati Scotorum suisque successoribus iure fundi sev dominii in bonis competit prenotatis, videlicel, auctoritate iudicandi, instituendi, destituendi et generaliter omnibus, que hactenus in eisdem habere consweuit, in quibus sibi per nos nullomodo volumus derogari nec preiudicium aliquod generari, sed ipsos redditus eo tantum iure pos- sidere debebimus, quo prefatus Heinricus Bawarus dictus Verber suique predecessores per tempora possederunt. In cuius rei testimo nium et euidenciam firmiorem presentes damus litteras, sigilli nostri ac sigilli venerabilis in Christo patris et domini nostri domini Ottonis abbatis monasterii sanete Crucis appensionibus roboratas. Datum anno domini M°. CCCa. XIX°. Vincentii martiris.
