Eapropter dilecti in domino filij. uestris iustis postulationibus grato con currentes assensu. personas et monasterium uestrum cum om nibus. que impresentiarum rationabiliter possidetis. aut in futu rum iustis modis prestante domino poteritis adipisci. sub beati Petri et nostra protectione suscipimus. Specialiter autem Mona sterium ipsum de Sitansteten cum omnibus pertinentiis et pos- sessionibus suis auctoritate uobis apostolica confirmamus. et presentis scripti patricinio communimus. sub intimatione ana- thematis districtius inhibentes. ne tu uel aliquis ex tuis suc- cessoribus. fili Abbas. predia uel alias possessiones ipsius Monastery. absque nostra uel nostrorum successorum licentia speciali alienare presumat. Nulli ergo omnino hominum liceat hanc nostre paginam protectionis. confirmationis et inhibitionis infringere. uel ausu ei temerario contraire. Si quis autem hoc attemptare presumpserit. indignationem omnipotentis dei et beatorum Petri et Pauli. apostolorum eius se nouerit incursurum. Datum Laterani Ш. kal. Maij.
