      In nomine sancte et individue Trinitatis. Cuonradus Dei miseracione prepositus, Fridericus decanus et capitulum ma- ioris ecclesie in Spira, tam futuris quam presentibus hoc scrip- tum inspecturis perpetuam in Domino salutem. Vigilantis animi alacritate nobis providendum est, ut quod in presencia nostra geritur debita gaudeat firmitate. Eapropter universi- tati vestre notum facimus, quod in diebus nostris Anshelmus, frater Theoderici de Kirrwilre querelam movit adversus ab- batem et fratres de Hemmenrode super decimis in Meden- heim, quas sui iuris esse dicebat. De consilio autem bono- rum virorum in hoc presentes convenerunt, quod predicti abbas et fratres sui eidem Anselmo triginta libras Spiren- sium darent et ipse omni querele quam habuerat adversus eos integre renunciaret.
