      Rudolfus Dei gracia marchio de Baden. Noverint universi presencium inspectores, quod nos damus W. auctoritate pre- sencium plenum mandatum iurandi in animam nostram, quod de cetero nullum clericum civitatis Spirensis, sive in civitate, sive in suburbio eiusdem domicilium habeat, ledemus vel gravabimus in persona, vel in rebus, bona fide omnem dili- genciam adhibebimus consilio et auxilio, quod iniuriatorem vel iniuriatores, quicunque fuerit, vel fuerint, pro viribus per- sequemur, quousque illata iniuria vindicetur. Item idem iu- rabit in animam nostram, quod pro satisfactione exbibenda capitulis Spirensibus racione dampni seu iniurie, quam ipsis irrogavimus, stabimus arbitrio domini Ioannis decano, A. sco- lastici, C. de Entringen, magistri D. cellerario, canonicis maioris ecclesie Spirensis, usque ad octavas pasche proxi- mas promulgando. Et si forte hii quatuor presentes esse non potuerint, duorum vel trium ex hiis stabimus arbitrio in- cunctanter iuxta formam prestiti iuramenti. Datum in anno Domini MCCLV.
