      Universis piesentes literas inspecturis. L. Dei gracia comes palatinus Reni, dux Bavarif, subscriptis fidem plenariam ex- hibere. Ad cunctorum volumus noticiam pervenire, quod nos curiam nostram sitam in Lachen retro ecclesiam cum suis pertinenciis ad nos iure proprietatis spectantem, quam Con- radus de Lichtenstein miles, qui tenuit in feodo a nobis, eandem nobis in palacio nostro Heidelberg coram pluribus militibus, ministralibus, vasallis et castrensibus nostris pu- blice resi^navit, ob honorem et reverenciam gloriose virgi- nis Marie et ad instantem peticionem H. militis dilecti fa- miliaris et fidelis nostri cum omni iure, quod nobis in eadem curia competebat, decano et capitulo ecclesif sancte Marie in Spira possidendam perpetuo titulo proprietatis conferimus liberaliter et donamus. In cuius rei testimonium damus dicto capitulo presentem cartam nostn et Ph. de Hohenvils, Ph. nati eiusdem et predicti H. de Rupretsburg militis, qui do- nacioni huic afluerunt, sigillorum munimine roboratam. Datum anno Domini millesimo ducentesimo sexagesimo.
