      Illustri comites F. de Lyningen et S. de Dagesburg, uni- versis Christi fidelibus presens scriptum intuentibus eterni regis benedictionem. Ea que in tempore geruntur tam scrip- ture quam vive vocis testimonio ad maiorem certitudinem solent commendari, ne tractu temporis, cum labilis sit homi- num memoria, in dubium possint revocari. Notum igitur pre- sentis cedule attestacione facimus singulis universis ad quos presentes litere pervenerint, quod cum questio inter domum beate Marie in Hemmenrode et Novamcuriam iuxta Spiram sitam ex una parte, Germannum et fratrem suum et totam sanguinis sui lineam de Eunensheim ex altcra parte vertere
