      In nomine sancte et individne Trinitatis. Uodalricus Dei gracia Spirensis ecclesie electus, universis canonicam sive monasticam vitam professis et eorum successoribus in perpe- tuum. Notum sit omnibus tam futuri quam presentis evi Christi fidelibus, quod predecessor noster sancte recordacio- nis Guntherus, Spirensis ecclesie venerabilis episcopus, ob amorem Dei et salutis anime sue profectum, vineam quandam in Hachenbach de multis iugeribns collectam et quosdam li- bros Sigefridi episcopi, Mulenbrunnensi monasterio, quod in sancte Spirensis ecclesie et territorio et fundo constructum, specialis in ea filie locum obtinere dinoscitur, tam pia quam legitima donacione dicavit. Et hec quidem donacio prede- cessoris nostri nec legum districtioni nec canonum equitati contraria habenda est. Ipse enim predictos libros, quos an- tedictus episcopus beate memorie Sigefridus conscribi fecerat, cum a matre alienati aliter recuperari non possent, propria pecunia redemit, et eos filie, cui eciam magis erant neces- sarii, ad honorem Dei ac matris ecclesie non inique contulit.
