      Oapitulum maioris ecclesie Spirensis, omnibus presens scrip- tum inspecturis salutem in Domino. Scimus et testificamur presentibus iiteris super hec conscriptis, quod universitas consilii Spirensis contradidit Wernhero, capellano ecclesie sancti Nicolai Spirensis, aream illam, que est inter domum suam et portam, qua itur ad pontem et inter duos muros, ot in illa utilitatem suam ordinet tamdiu, quamdiu placuerit universitati iam dicti consilii, nec in illa contradictione crea- bitur aliquid iuris alicui successorum suorum ei in memorata capella pro tempore successuris. Datum anno Domini MCCXLII. IV. kal. augusti.
