Viris religiosis, abbati et conventui monasterii Hemmenrode, Trevirensis diocesis, et magistro Sigfrido de Karlenbach ca- nonico ecclesie sancti Martini Wormaciensis, graciam suam et omne bonum. Intelleximus dudum questionem inter vos super ecclesia in Altruphen agitatam, in qua idem S. ex piesentacione nostra ius asserit se habere.
