      Emecho comes de Liningen et Fridericus fratruelis ipsius iunior comes de Liningen, fidem adhibere subscriptis. Cum Iobannes miles dictus de Meti terciam partem maioris et mi- noris decime in Walesheim site, quam a nobis in feodo pos- sidet, cum omnibus suis pertinenciis, nunc et in futurum ex ea proventibus capitulo maioris ecclesie Spirensis titulo ven- diderit proprietatis et nobis duobus molendinis sitis apud villam Muolinhusin eiusdem decime dignam fecerit compensam, nobis eadem molendina acceptantes loco decime memorate, ratum et gratum habemus omnino prelibatum vendicionis con- tractum, prenotatum capitulum perpetuum ius proprietatis habere in antedictam decimam testimonio literarum presen- cium recognoscentes et consensum nostrum huic vendicioni plenarie adhibentes. Ut autem super nostra ratihabicione nullus in posterum valeat turbare, presentem paginam in testimonium evidencius sigillis nostris fecimus communiri. Actum anno Domini MCCLIIII.
