      Notum sit omnibus Christi fidelibus hoc scriptum intuenti- bus. Quod ego E. abbas Hirsaugensis, una cum conventus nostri consensu per manum Waltonis nostri confratris do- minium predii nostri in Meckenheim capitulo maioris ecclesif in Spira, de quo nobis dominus Cuno miles de Massolter- bach et sui heredes singulis annis in pensione decem mal- tras siliginis solvunt, vendidimus pro quadam summa pecunie, de qua meliora et utiliora predia ecclesie nostre compara- vimus in dampni illius compensacionem. Acta sunt hec anno Domini MCCXXIII. indictione IfTI. (XI.) kal. decembris, pre- sentibus C. scolastico, H. cellerario maioris ecclesie in Spira canonico, magistro E. plebano sancti Leonis.
