      Frater St. humilis abbas Uterinevallis et frater UI. gardia- nus Spirensis, omnibus in perpetuum, amen. Protestamur publice per presentes, quod nos curiam nostram quondam Manhardi civis Spirensis sitam apud novum hospitale, eidem vendidimus hospitali cum omni iure, quod nobis in ea com- petebat cum consensu nostrorum conventuum ad Jioc libere accedente, pro qua curia solucionem a procuratoribus eiusdem hospitalis dicimus esse factam. In cuius rei testimonium pre- sentem literam nostris sigillis duximus roborandam. Datum Spire, anno Domini MCCLXIIII. feria sexta post epiphaniam.
