      H einricus Dei gracia Romanorum imperator et semper au- gustus. Fidelibus suis universis civibus Spirensibus graciam suam et omne bonum. Conquestus est nobis dilectus noster Spirensis episcopus, quod cum ipse et sui iudices in iudicio sedeant et de aliquo vestrum habeatur querimonia, statim ante latam sentenciam ille, de quo movetur querimonia, subter- fugii ac dilacionis causa absque termino prefixo ad nostram presenciam appellare soleat. Unde talem insolenciam a vo- bis supportare nolentes, vobis ^mandamus et districte pre- cipimus, ne aliquis vestrum de cetero a presencia predic- torum iudicum ad nostram vel alterius iudicis presenciam appellare presumat ante latam sentenciam, sed post latam sentenciam antequam approbata fuerit a gravamine et in- iuria sibi illata appellare poterit, literis tamen eorundem iudicum ad nostram presenciam delatis, que veritatem rei et modum appellationis contineant et terminum ei prefixum, ut inspecto earum tenore iuxta sentenciam, quam curia nostra dictaverit, super hoc rescribere sciamus etc.
