      Iiudovicus Dei gratia Romanorum rex semper augustus. Uni- versis sacri Romani imperii fidelibus gratiam suam et omne bonum. Ad utriusque vitae praesentis et futurae felicitatem nobis prodesse non ambigimur, si loca divino cultui manci- pata ex innata nobis clementia studiosis curavimus affectibus ampliare, nec non personas religiosas et ecclesiasticas sub protectionis nostrae umbraculo efficaciter defensare. Hinc est, quod precibus humilibus ac devotis religiosarum ac de- votarum in Christo personarum, priorissae ac conventus so- rorum sancti Lamberti juxta Novamcivitatem, Spirensis dioe- cesis, favorabiliter inchnati, gratias, largitiones seu donatio- nes ipsis ac monasterio suo per divae memoriae Heinricum Romanorum regem, praedecessorem nostrum in imperio, nec non per felicis recordationis illustres Ludovicum genitorem nostrum ac Rudolfum germanum nostrum, comites palatinos Reni ac duces Bavariae factas, nedum auctoritate regia. verum etiam ex dominio comitiae palatinae nobis competenti, approbamus, ratificamur et juxta continentiam privilegiorum datorum desuper confirmamus, prout haec data sunt rite et rationabiliter ac concessa. In cujus rei evidentiam praesen- tes majestatis nostrae sigillo jussimus communiri. Datum Monaci, in die beati Michaelis, anno Domini MCCCXXIII. regni vero nostri anno nono.
