      B. Dei gracia Spirensis episcopus, presens scriptum inspec- turis salutem in auctore salutis. Notum sit omnibus, ad quos presens scriptura pervenerit, quod dilectus noster Cuno, sco- lasticus Spirensis, comparavit erga Diethericum, militem de Westheim et suos heredes duodecim maldra siliginis, Spi- ram, ubi voluerit, sibi presentanda singulis annis in perpe- tuum, per eum, dum ipse vivit, aut per unum suorum heredum post eum, quicunque ei successerit in agris, qui ad hanc sol- vendam pensionem, sub certo numero de aliis bonis suis ex- clusi et determinati sunt, imo et denominati secundum situm et locum suum. Acta sunt hec apud Spiram in palacio nostro coram nobis preSentibus plerisque ministerialibus et civibus nostris, idemque confirmamus et protestamur presenti scripto et nostro sigillo.
