      Iudices delegati Spirenses. Noverint universi presencium inspectores, quod consules et cives Spirenses annuerunt, con- senciunt et concesserunt, ut Eberhardus canonicus Spirensis dictus de Oflenbach, murum interiorem civitatis Spirensis in curiam suam perforare valeat ianuam in eodem statuendo, ita tamen quod ex eo dicto Eberhardo sive successoribus ipsius dictam curiam inhabitantibus nulla servitus acquiratur, immo dicta ianua a predicto Eberhardo seu successoribus antedictis indilate remurabitur et obstruetur, quandocunque a predictis consulibus fuerint requisiti. Quodsi forte idem Eberhardus vel eius successores in remurando aut obstruendo dictam ianuam negligentes fuerint, prefati consules et cives ianuam ipsam auctoritate propria remurare valebunt. In cuius rei testimonium sigillum nostrum presentibus est appen- sum. Datum anno Domini MCCLXXXI. feria secunda post octavam pasche.
