      Honorius episcopus, servus servorum Dei, dilectis filiis, .. decano et capitulo Spirensi, salutem et apostolicam bene- dictionem. Iustis petencium desideriis dignum est nos faci- lem prebere consensum, et vota, que a racionis tramite non discordant, effectu prosequente complere. Eapropter, dilecti in Domino filii, vestris iustis postulacionibus grato concur- rentes assensu, personas et ecclesiam, in qua divino vacatis obsequio cum omnibus bonis, que in presenciarum raciona- biliter possidetis, aut in futurumfiustis modis, prestante Do- mino, poteritis adipisci, sub beati Petri et nostra protectione suscipimus, specialiter autem domos, possessiones, ac alia bona vestra, sicut ea omnia iuste, canonice ac pacifice pos- sidetis, vobis et per vos ecclesie vestre auctoritate aposto- lica confirmamus, et presentis scripti patrocinio communimus. Nulli ergo omnino hominum liceat hanc paginam nostre pro- tectionis et confirmacionis infringere, vel ei ausu temerario contraire. Si quis autem hoc attemptare presumpserit, in- dignacionem omnipotentis Dei et beatorum Petri et Pauli apostolorum eius, se noverit incursurum. Datum Laterani, XIV. kal. iunii, pontificatus nostri anno septimo.
