Der bischöfliche Offizial zu Konstanz fertigt den Verkauf eines halben Hauses im Tümpel in Konstanz durch die Gebrüder Hirt an die Nonnen zu Münsterlingen um 7 Pfund Pfennig. Die Verkäufer empfangen das Verkaufsobjekt wieder als Klosterlehen um jährlichen Zins.
