Abt Ludwig I. von Thierstein von Einsiedeln urkundet, dass Konrad Zoller, Bürger von Zürich, ein halb Viertel geläutertes Schmalz jährlichen Zinses auf dem Oetiserberg und Schwendi (bei Pfäffikon) um 22 Pfund Zürcher Pfennig gekauft, und ihm, dem Abt, aufgegeben habe, worauf er denselben dem Käufer wieder geliehen.
