Ulrich Schmid von Ragaz bekennt, der Abtei Pfäfers folgende Zinsen leisten zu müssen: 2 Pfund Wachs Churer Gewichts von 2 Jucharten in Avenal, gekauft von Wilhelm Schorand und Frau, und von 2 Jucharten zu Unterrain am Freudenberg, gekauft von der Witfrau des sel. Josen von Pfäfers.
