Quia per inobedientiam primi parentis || in tota propagine memoria cum cuma) ceteris gratuitis est saucia||ta, relligiosi placuit antiquitati facta honestorum litterarum || munimine roborari. Quapropter ego Diethalmus comes de Tokenburc1 notum facio omnibus legentibus pro remedio tam mei quam meorum ecclesiamb) partem in Bollingen2 cum iure dotis et decimarum et hominum consensu uxoris et filiorum meorum fratribus in Ruti3 deo et eius genitrici servituris me donasse. Ut igitur hec nostra donatio a nullo valeat perturbari, presenti scripto et sigilli nostri impressione decrevimus perhennari.
