Supplicavit || celsitudini nostre dilectus princeps noster Conradus venerabilis abbas sancti Galli pro parte sua et quorundam, quos deputaverat in obsides quondam || comiti Diethalmo et heredibus suis de Tockenburg super hiis, que composita fuerant inter eos, si ad invicem complerentur, quatinus ei testi||moniales litteras concedere dignaremur super processu cause, pro qua citatus exstitit ad querimoniam dicti comitis et heredum suorum, quod iuxta promissionem sibi factam castrum Vzenberc non reddiderat et qualiter ipso comparente termino constituto probatum sufficitera) fuerit pro se et suis obsidibus secundum sententiam inde datam vivo testimonio et per publica documenta, quod ipsi comiti et suis heredibus tamquam ea, que compromissa fuerant, non servantibus respondere super querela proposita non debebat, propter quod tam ipse quam sui obsides fuerunt ab eadem questione predictorum comitis et heredum suorum per iudicem curie nostre sententialiter absoluti. Nos itaque merito cause et absolutione dicti abbatis et suorum obsidum per eundem iudicem curie nostre plenius indagatis et cognitis, ad eiusdem Processus et absolutionis futuram memoriam presentem testimonialem paginam dicto abbati pro se et suis obsidibus duximus indulgendam.
