H. dei gratia Constantiensis episcopus dilectis in Christo . . abbatisse et conventui in Oberriet salutem. Sententiam, quam nos olim contra vos pro monasterio sancti Galli super quibusdam possessionibus in Norsingin sitis auctoritate ordinaria duximus promulgandam, hactenus exequtionia) mandare distulimus, donec scilicet appellationis merita, quam pars vestra interposuit ab eadem, per iudices super hoc obtentos plenius fuisset discussa. Verum quia iudices ipsi interposito suo cognitionis offitio appellationem ipsam frivolam iudicantes nostram sententiam confirmarunt, in expensis vos legitimis adverse parti nichilominus condempnando, sicut hec omnia per ipsorum litteras et acta iudicii evidenter apparent, nos volentes rem iudicatam debitum sortiri effectum, universitati vestre mandamus firmiter iniugendob), quatenus parentes sententie memorate monasterium sancti Galli in bonis predictis decetero nullatenus perturbetis.
