    Notum sit, quod super decimis in Rvnstal1 et in Riethaim2 et in omni predio, quod vir nobilis Cvonradus advocatus de Swarzinberc3 olim tradidit monasterio de Salem4, lis di||utina vertebatur inter monasterium de Salem ex parte una et inter quatuor fratres villicos de Kilchdorf5, scilicet Burchardum, Rvodolfum, Cvonradum, Erlewinum ex altera, || venerabili Ebihardob) abbate6 et conventu de Salem asserentibus, decimas in Rvnstal, quas ipsi propriis sumptibus atque laboribus colebant, suas esse ex privilegiorum suorum indulgentia, || reliquas vero decimas memorati predii sibi deberi astruebant ex concessione venerabilium abbatum et capituli sancti Galli, quorum et instrumenta7 super eadem concessione et super annuo censu confecta abbas de Salem ostendebat, venerabili Cvonrado abbate sancti Galli8, dum viveret, et post eum Walthero9 abbate super prefata concessione monasterio de Salem warandiam prestantibus. Memorati vero villici asserebant, sepedictas decimas ab ecclesia sancti Galli se et patrem ipsorum tytulo feudali ac iure hereditario iam pridem recepisse, cum tamen fratres de Salem decimas illas multis iam annis in quieta possessione percepissent. Denique bonis viris partes suas interponentibus lis est in hunc modum terminata, venerabilis Hebirhadusb) abbas de Salem post multos labores rerumque iacturam Septem marcis argenti predictorum villicorum violentiam redemit, eodem igitur argento recepto omni iuri suo, quod vel habebant vel habuisse in sepefatis decimis memorati villici videbantur habere, cum omni prole sua penitus renuntiabant.
