Scire cupimus presentes et posteros, quod nos de voluntate et consensu || fratrum nostrorum et aliorum prudentum consilio Heinricum dictum Hetelingere2, quem || hactenus iure proprietatis libere nostra possedit ecclesia, ecclesie sancti Iohannis in Turtal3 donavimus immo commutavimus pro quadam muliere nomine Berhta filia Rvodolfi de Ilnowe4, quam dicta ecclesia sancti Johannis dinoscitur libere possedisse.
