Cum, sicut te accepimus intimante, in promovendis ecclesie negotiis subire te oporteat magnos sumptus, nos tuis supplicationibus inclinati devotioni tue, ut melius et efficacius ipsa negotia per te valeant promoveri, retinendi per annum fructus ecclesiarum et beneficiorum ad tuam collationem spectantium, que usque ad sex annos vacare contigerit, necnon contradictores per censuram ecclesiasticam appellatione postposita compescendi, reservato tamen ex ipsis fructibus, unde in eisdem ecclesiis et beneficiisa) facias interim per personas ydoneas deserviri, liberam auctoritate presentium concedimus facultatem, non obstantibus aliquibus litteris super hoc a sede apostolica impetratis vel etiam impetrandis, que de presentibus non fecerint expressam mentionem.
