Bischof Eberhard von Konstanz1 beurkundet einen Vergleich zwischen dem Domherrn Baldebert von Andwil (. . . Baldebertum canonicum ecclesie nostre dictum de Annewiller2 . . .) und den Brüdern Heinrich und Albert genannt Schân über das strittige Klosterlehen Staubishub3. Neben dem Bischof, dem Domkapitel und Rudolf von Bodman4 siegelt Hermann von Sulzberg (. . . et Hermanni de Sulzeberc5 militum sigillorum munimine roboratum . . .).
