    Fridericus comes de Toggenburg2 universis hoc scriptum intuentibus noticiam rei geste. Expressum invenitur in iure, quod quilibet sane mentis renunciaria) poterit iuri suo, quod pro se noscitur introductum. Eapropter noverint omnes, quos nosce fuerit oportunum, quod ego omne ius, quod racione infeodacionis in quibusdam bonis sitis in Hysindowe1 hactenus habui, que videlicet bona milites dicti de Bêthchingenb)3 a meis parentibus in feodum habuerunt, que eciam postmodum magister Heinricus de Wangen4 minister illustris viri H. senioris comitis de Kiburg5 a prefatis militibus pro quadam summa peccunie comparata a me et a fratre meo Krafft6 similiter in feodum habere dinoscitur, in salutem anime mee cenobio sancte Marie in Ruti7 ordinis Premonstratensis confero presentibus liberaliter et assigno, renuncians bona fide omni iuri, quod mihi in eisdem bonis hactenus competebat aut competere videbatur, ita ut fratres eiusdem cenobii, quitquid de eisdem bonis ad se conquirrere possint quacumque racione, nullo deinceps ad me habito respectu possideant pacifice et quiete, maxime cum ipsi super proprietate tocius predii Hirsindowe ad se pro censu annuo acquisita ab abbate et conventu sancti Galli speciale habeant instrumentum8. Ne autem quisquam hominum hanc meam donacionem valeat in posterum irritare, hanc litteram trado prepositoc) conventui predicti cenobii de Ruti meo sigillo patenter communitam.
