Quoniam ea, que in tempore geruntur, simul cum tempore dilabuntur, ne||cesse est, ut, quod memorie labilitatem preterfugit, scripture perpetuitate utiliter conservetur. || Proinde noveritis, quod nos aream sitam iuxta lacum qui dicitur Walase2 prope domum sororum commorancium in loco qui dicitur Widon3 versus occidentem, de qua area nobis census trium denariorum a Rodolfo dicto bî dem Bache4 annis singulis solvebatur, ubi nunc est hortus holerum excultus a sororibus supradictis, quibus idem Rod. iam dudum eandem aream propter filias suas ibidem in collegio domino servientes reliquit, quando cum fratre suo Rodolfo filio prefati Rodolfi hereditatem diviserunt, memoratis sororibus pro anime nostre et parentum nostrorum remedio cum iure proprietatis, quod ad nos antea in eadem area pertinebat, de consensu et voluntate predicti Rodolfi libere ac spontanee contulimus manu nostra et supradictum censum trium denariorum ipsis relaxavimus, ita quod nec ipse nec prefatus R. nec ullus heres eius ipsum censum nobis aut nostris heredibus solvere teneatur. In huius rei testimonium presentes litteras sigilli nostri5 munimine decrevimus roborare. Acta sunt hec apud aream supradictam, anno domini M°CC°L°VIIII°. III°. kl. iunii, indict.
