Licet res ecclesiasticas alienari non liceat, non tamen prohibitum intelligitur, res huiusmodi, que a lai||cis detinentur, ad usum ecclesiasticum revocare. Ius enim canonicum libenter amplectitur, si quod est spirituale vel spirituali annexum a laico ad ecclesiam revertatur. Quapropter || volentes vobis licitum non denegare subsidium, curiam in Rekkinwiler infeudatam a monasterio nostro per plures personas laicales et de qua spes non erat aliqua, quod aliquando ad usus nostros reditura foret, emptam per vos sexaginta tribus marcis a feudatariis ipsis, videlicet Hilteboldo de Stecboron, Volrico de Clinginberc militibus et Willehelmo de Mulheim, qui tres ipsam curiam in tria divisam a nobilibus viris . . dominis de Clingin ipsique nobiles a monasterio nostro predicto infeudatam ut prediximus tenebant, post resignationem debitam usque ad manus nostras prehabitam2 vobis et monasterio vestro intuitu retributionis divine utque cultus divinus apud vos augeatur, necnon etiam ad instantiam discreti viri domini Heinrici de Clinginberc canonici ecclesie Constantiensis3, qui nobis et ecclesie nostre grata frequenter exhibuit obsequia et adhuc exhibere poterit gratiora, assignamus et donamus cum omni iure districtu pratis pascuis silvis viis et inviis aquis aquarumve decursibus agris cultis et incultis aliisque pertinentiis suis omnibus perpetuo possidendam sub annuo censu quatuor librarum cere, quas monasterio nostro in festo sancti Galli tenemini annis singulis assignare. Ut autem predicta donatio nostra vobis et monasterio vestro proficiat perpetua firmitate subnixa, nos eandem appensis presenti scripto sigillis nostris abbatis scilicet et conventus de communi omnium nostrum beneplacito duximus roborandam.
