Omnibus presentem paginam inspecturis ego Waltherus de Lantsberg1 miles notum esse volo sub testimonio veri||tatis, quod ego vendidi pro certa pecunie summa sororibus de Tennikon2 mansum, qui dicitur dv Vssirhv║be, et mansum, quem Hermannus miles de Burrevelt3 et uxor sua tenebant a me in feudum, sitos in ipso loco || Tennikon, et resignavi eosdem mansus in manus reverendi domini Ber. abbatis sancti Galli4 cum omni iure mihi in ipsis competenti, ut eos prefatis sororibus concederet et assignaret in perpetuum possidendos, renuntians voluntarie et expresse omni actioni seu exceptioni pro me et meis heredibus, per quas prescripta venditio rite facta a me ipso vel ullo heredum meorum posset inposterum impugnari vel aliquatenus irritari.
