    Omnibus presentem paginam inspecturis Berchtoldus dei gratia sancti Galli abbas1 salutem in domino et noticiam subscriptorum. Noveritis universi, quod cum Růd. de Tunrot(un)a)2 miles ecclesie nostre ministerialis vendidisset Volr. ministro nostro de Huntwila3 decimas in Růtswile4, Schwellbrunnen5, in der Vorhalten6, Guntzenswendi6, in Hondenswendi6, zen Grunden7, am Geisshuse6, Osterbuele8, zem Swarhenbergb)9, zem Schoenengrund10, Wolvotschwendi11, in Huntwiler, item in villicatu zum Hoeke12 et Beltswendi13, quas a monasterio nostro tenebat in feodum, nos facta in manibus nostris resignacione earundem decimarum per militem supradictum, concessimus eas memorato ministro nostro feudaliter possidendas.
