Ne facta hominum prudentum, que gesta fuerint, oblivio consumat aut inposterum possint malicia malignantium violari, literarum indiciis || ac sigillorum munimine debent roborari. Eapropter notum sit omnibus istam paginam inspecturis, quod ego Cvnradus dictus de Grimmenstein1 miles ecclesie sancti Galli || ministerialis cum mea bona et voluntaria voluntate et consensu pariter et favore filii mei Cvnradi2 et fratris mei Rvodolfi dicti de Valchenstein3 vendidi religiosis et in Christo hono||randis sororibus Adelheidi abbatisse et conventui monasterii de Schoenenvelt superiori4 ordinis Cysterciensis Avgvstensis dyocesis5 curiam meam in Wollamshvsen6 iure ad me hereditario devolutam pro viginti et sex libris Avgustensis monete, cedens et assignans eisdem sororibus omne ius, quod mihi in curia prenotata et pertinentiis ipsius omnibus competiit vel competere videbatur, renuntians expresse et voluntarie omnibus actionibus et exceptionibus, per quas prescripta venditio calumpniari posset a posteris meis seu aliquatenus irritari. Huius autem venditionis des sint gewer secundum omne ius, quod mos istius provincie exigit et requirit, cognatus meus Swiggerus senior de Mindelberch7 et duo filii eius Swiggerus videlicet et Heinricus, quorum consensu et favore ipsa venditio contracta dinoscitur et celebrata. Testes dicte protestationis et venditionis subscripti sunt videlicet Cvnradus de Heimenegge8, Volricus de Mindelheim9, Sivridus de Roetenbach10, Rvodolfvs dictus Francke, Dieth., Isenrich milites, Cvnradus dictus Traenckel et alii quam plures fide digni. Ut autem hec inconvulsa et inviolabiliter permaneant, reverendus in Christo dominus Hartmannvs dei gratia episcopus Avgustensis11 et ego C.a) venditor curie predicte necnon et supradictus cognatus meus Sviggerus senior de Mindelberch et duo filii eius Swiggerus scilicet et Heinricus presentem cedulam sigillorum nostrorum munimine duximus roborandam. Facta est hec protestatio et promissio anno ab incamatione domini M°.CC°.LX° VIIII°, indict. XIIa. kl. septembr. Romana sede vacante12.
