Bischof Eberhard von Konstanz1 entscheidet einen Streit zwischen den Klöstern Salem2 und St. Blasien3 um eine Hufe in Algehof4 zugunsten von Salem, welches eine Reihe von Zeugen gestellt hatte; u.a. sagte ein Zeuge aus, . . . quod pater Rvodegeri (sc. v. Eigeltingen5) fuit in possessione quieta dicti mansus XLa annis et post ipse R. XIIII annis et quod ipse vendidit dominis de Salem . . . quod post emptionem dictus Rvodegerus predictum mansum Cůnoni et fratri suo Friderico, a quibus eum in feodum tenuit, resignavit, et iidem fratres, quia eundem mansum tenuerunt in feodum ab abbate sancti Galli, resignaverunt eum in manus dicti abbatis, et idem abbas eundem mansum tradidit monasterio de Salem . . .Source Regest:
