Bischof Heinrich von Strassburg teilt den vom Papst delegierten Richtern (u. a. . . . magistro Walthero canonico sancti Stephani Constanciensis. . .) mit, dass er einen Procurator ernannt habe, und verspricht, den Spruch zu halten.
