Nos Eber. dei gratia episcopus1, Walkono decanus2, H. prepositus sancti Stephani3, Bertoldus thesaurarius4, Burch. scolasticus5 ecclesie Constantiensis nomine capituli nostri vidimus literam huius tenoris sigillatam sano et integro sigillo comitis R. de Habesburg6 et invenimus eam non cancellatam non abolitam nec in aliqua sui parte vitiatam. Quare ad maiorem facti certitudinem istam fecimus sigillorum nostrorum episcopi scilicet et capituli munimine roborari. Act. Constantie, anno domini M CC LXXII. V. idus april. indict. XV.
