Hainricvs dei gratia abbas sancti Galli1 omnibus praesentes litteras inspecturis salutem cum notitia subscriptorum. Ne acta praesentium in oblivionis exitum processu temporis elabantur, expedit ea scripturae testimonio commendari. Noscant igitur universi, quod cum Conradus de Oberndorf2 decimam quandam, quam in parochiae Argun3 terminis idem Conradus a discreto viro magistro Conrado de Brende tenebat in feodum, dilectis in Christo magistro B. scholastico4, Walthero de Laubegge5, m(agistro) H. de Capeila6 ac m(agistro) VI. dicto Spůl canonicis ecclesiae sancti Joannis Constantien(sis)7 nomine ipsius ecclesiae pro quinque marcis argenti vendiderit, iidem canonici nostrum super hac emptione consensum requirentes. Utpote quia nostra intererat, cum dictus m(agister) Conradus de Brende de ipsa a nostro monasterio fuerat infeodatus ab antiquo, contractum huius petierit a nobis humiliter ratificari. Nos igitur attendentes, quod dicta decima vix aut nunquam ad nostrum posset redire monasterium, favore etiam novellae plantationis dictae ecclesias8 rationabiliter moti, contractum huiusmodi recepta resignatione a dicto m(agistro) Conrado decimae supradictae prsesentibus ratificamus, ipsam decimam in ecclesiam sancti Joannis predictam consensu nostri conventus accedente transferendo praesentibus pleno iure, salvo nobis in recognitionem dominii censu annuo unius fertonis cerae in festo beati Martini annis singulis persolvendo. In cuius rei testimonium praesentes litteras damus eisdem sigillorum nostrorum nostrique conventus robore comunitas. Datum Constantiae VIII calen. feb. anno domini M.CC.LXXIII. indictione prima.
