Universis Christi fidelibus tam presentibus quam futuris, ad quos presentis pagine tenor pervenerit, nos dei gracia Petrus Arborensis archiepiscopus1, Johannes Littouiensis2, nos Jacobus Castellanus3, Guilelmus Calensis4, Thomas Teatinus5, Perranus Larinensis6, Berchtoldus Curiensis7, Růdolfus Constan(ciensis)8, Bonifacius Bos(oniensis)9, Petrus Basiliensis10 eadem gracia episcopi salutem in eo, qui est omnium vera salus. Licet is, de cuius munere venit, ut sibi a suis fidelibus digne ac laudabiliter serviatur, de habundancia pietatis sue merita supplicum excedens et vota bene servientibus multo maiora tribuat, quam valeant promereri, desiderantes tamen domino reddere populum acceptabilem fideles Christi ad complacendum ei quasi quibusdam allectivis muneribus indulgenciis videlicet et remissionibus invitamus, ut exinde divine reddantur gracie aptiores. Cupientes igitur, ut ecclesia parrochialis in civitate Raprehtswyler11 Constan(ciensis) dyocesis congruis frequentetur honoribus et a Christi fidelibus iugiter veneretur, omnibus vere penitentibus et confessis, qui ad dictam ecclesiam in festivitatibus seu diebus subscriptis videlicet nativitatis parasceve resurrectionis et ascensionis domini nostri Jesu Christi, in omnibus festis beate Marie dei genitricis semper virginis gloriose, in festis beatorum Johannis Baptiste et Johannis Ewangeliste et beatorum Petri et Pauli et aliorum omnium apostolorum, beatorum Laurencii, Stephani martirum, beatorum Felicis et Regule et decem milium martirum, beati Nicolai confessoris, beatarum Marie Magdalene, Margarete et Katherine virginis et martiris et in diebus patroni et dedicationis ecclesie prelibate et per octavas festorum predictorum causa devotionis accesserint et pie visitaverint eandem vel ad structuram, ornamenta, luminaria aut quibuscunque modis donando vel in extremis legando dicte ecclesie manus porrexerint adiutrices, aut qui sacerdotem ibidem, cum defert ad infirmum corpus dominicum, consequuntur aut ipsum divina colendo audierit devotive, nos de omnipotentis dei misericordia et beatorum Petri et Pauli apostolorum eius auctoritate confisi singuli singulas quadraginta dierum indulgencias de iniunctis sibi penitenciis, dummodo loci dyocesanus ad id suum prebeat assensum, misericorditer in domino relaxamus.
