Noverint igitur universi presentium inspectores, quod nos ius proprietatis agrorum in Raine2 dictorum ze dem Kriesbôme cum attinentiis || et pertinentiis eis universis, quos a proavorum nostrorum temporibus titulo proprietatis tenuimus et possedimus, reverendis in Christo . . abbati et conventui domus in Salem3 receptis ab eis septem libris denariorum Constantiensium, quos in evidentem nostram utilitatem convertimus, vendidimus ac in eos et per eos in monasterium Salem liberaliter transtulimus perpetuo possidendum, renuntiantes pro nobis nostrisque heredibus utriusque sexus omni actioni, exceptioni, defensioni et simpliciter omni iuri et iuris auxilio tam canonici quam civilis, quod in ipsis agris nobis competiit vel competere videbatur.
