Universis Christi fidelibus presentium inspectoribus et auditoribus Elisabeth dei gratia abbatissa monasterii Thuricensis1 suusque conventus ordinis sancti Benedicti || Constanciensis dyocesis noticiam subscriptorum cum salute. Ea que publice ac bona fide aguntur, ne in posterum valeant tergiversari vel irritari, scriptur(arum) || testimonio roborantur. Noverint igitur presentes et futuri, quod Berchta uxor Wezzeln2 civis Thuricensis divina pietate compuncta aream et domum || suam, quam hactenus iure proprietario possedit, sitam in Thurego in vico, qui dicitur Swendesgasse3, contiguam domui Eppen de Gisingen4 ex uno et domui reverendarum in Christo . . abbatisse et conventus in Seldenowe5, quam nunc inhabitat Heinr. dictus Oerlinkon, ex altera latere cum omnibus iuribus appenditiis et attinentiis suis in remedium et salutem anime sue parentumque suorum dedit, donavit et tradidit honorabilibus in Christo . . abbatisse et conventui in Wurmenspach6 Cisterciensisordinis, proprietatem eiusdem domus et aree cum omnibus iuribus suis predictis ad manus nostras de consensu et cum manibus predicti mariti sui libere et verbis expressis resignando. Nos vero precibus predicte Berchte suique mariti inclinate prefatam domum et aream concessimus memoratis . . abbatisse et conventui in Wurmenspach pro annuo censu, videlicet uno denario in exaltatione sancte crucis nobis nostroque monasterio persolvendo iure enphiteotico perpetuo possidendas. Predictus etiam Wezzelo bona fide et spontanea voluntate renunciavit omni iuri, quod sibi ratione usufructus in predicta domo et area competebat vel competere videbatur. Preterea prefata Berchta accedente consensu et favore predicti mariti sui renunciavit pro se suisque successoribus quibuscumque omni iuri, repetitioni, actioni, consuetudini, statutis editis vel edendis, litteris impetratis vel impetrandis, restitutioni in integrum et generaliter omni auxilio legum et canonum, per quod dicta donatio, resignatio et concessio posset aliquatenus irritari. Ut autem premissa firma et rata permaneant, presens instrumentum nostri sigilli munimine roboramus. Actum Thuregi, XII. klnd. septembr. anno domini M°.CC°.LXXXXIIII°. indict. VIIa. Presentibus domino Nycol.
