Noverint || universi tam posteri quam presentes, quod ego receptis a Hermanno filio quondam Hainrici de Oberehouen2 cellerarii || sex libris denariorum monete Const(antiensis), quas me ab ipso recepisse et in utilitatem meam evidentem fore conversas confiteor || per presentes, Adelhaidim filiam Cůnradi in Ruti3 de Tettikouen4 uxorem suam michi iure servitutis seu proprietatis titulo pertinentem honorabilibus in Christo Cůnrado de Clingemberch preis posito et capitulo ecclesie Episcopaliscelle5 vice et nomine eiusdem ecclesie Episcopaliscelle, cui Hermannus pertinet antedictus, ac ipsi ecclesie trado et tradidi habendam, tenendam et perpetuo libere et sine contradictione qualibet possidendam, et omne ius, quod michi in eadem Adelhaidi iure quocumque competiit vel competere videbatur, accedente in premissis consensu et auctoritate venerabilis patris et domini Hainr. dei gratia episcopi ecclesie Const(antiensis)6 a me ad manus predictorum prepositi et capituli scriptis presentibus abdicavi, adhibitis per me in omnibus supradictis verborum ac gestuum sollempnitatibus debitis et conswetis, renuncians pro me et meis heredibus seu successoribus quibuscumque in premissis beneficio restitucionis in integrum, litteris a sede apostolica vel aliunde impetratis aut etiam inpetrandis, auxilio iuris canonici vel civilis et generaliter omni suffragio, quo mediante donacio seu traditio dicte Adelhaidisac abdicacio iuris, quod michi competiit in eadem, per me facta, ut superius est predictum, posset irritari vel quocumque tempore violari. In cuius facti evidenciam presens instrumentum antedictis preposito et capitulo ecclesie Episcopaliscelle et ipsi ecclesie tradidi sigillorum prefati domini mei Hainr. dei gratia episcopi Const(antiensis) et mei robore communitum. Nos Hainr. dei gratia episcopus Const(antiensis) premissis consensum nostrum et auctoritatem tenore presencium impertimur, appendentes unâ cum appensione sigilli antedicti Wilhelmi ac ad ipsius peticionem huic instrumenta sigillum nostrum in evidenciam predictorum.
