Abstract
20. Juli 1296, Ravensburg1
Abt und Konvent des Benediktinerklosters Weingarten2 beurkunden, dass in ihrem Streit mit Ritter Ulrich von Wohmbrechts3 . . . super proprietate hominum infrascriptorum videlicet Bvrcardi de Phaffenwiler4, Cvonradi dicti Slaich, Maechildi et Judente sororibus eius cum pueris earundem necnon super proprietate nemoris sive virgulti vulgariter nominati ze dem Lvoz5 . . . der Ritter verzichtet habe. Er hatte behauptet . . . memoratos homines cum nemore prenotato ei iure feodi pertinere debere, ut quos ab ecclesia sancti Galli in feodum multis retroactis temporibus tenuisset . . ., während Weingarten behauptete, sie von Hermann von Pfaffenweiler gekauft zu haben.
