Johann von Ems1 bittet Papst Clemens VII, ihn für ein Kanonikat in Eichstätt2 zu providieren, unbeschadet, dass er ihn schon für ein Benefizium providiert hat, dessen Verleihung dem Kloster St. Gallen zusteht (. . . ad collationem abbatis et conventus monasterii sancti Galli ordinis sancti Benedicti . . .).
