Anno domini MCCC primo in vigilia beati Johannis Baptiste Wernherus dictus Hunt1 instituit dari ciatum in utroque anniversarioa) videlicet suo et uxoris sue Berthe de domo sua et fratribus in hospitali2 in eisdem anniversariis in utroque I sol. den. de ipsa domo, sed interim, dum vivit, dat II den. super altare publicum in festo Galli. Hec omnia heredes sui expedire tenentur.
