Erzbischof Peter von Mainz beauftragt den Bischof von Augsburg1, die Suspension Bischof Gerhards und des Domkapitels von Konstanz und die Exkommunikation genannter Domherren (u. a. ... Volricum de Rameswag ...) zu verkünden, da sie sich seinen Urteilen nicht unterworfen haben.
