Abstract
26. April 1317, Zürich
Jakob Rufi, Chorherr am Grossmünster Zürich, bittet als Zugesetzter des Chorherrenstifts Beromünster1 in dessen Streit um Besitz in Hochdorf2 nach Akteneinsicht den Obmann um Abweisung der Klage, da die gegnerischen Zeugen untauglich seien, ... item dictum VoI. de Vtzena3 videtur non valere, ex eo quod nec de tempore, nec de loco, nec de presentibus, nec de eo, qui vendidit, deponit.
