Das Benediktinerkloster Einsiedeln1 verkauft dem Altarpfründer Hermann in Wald2 u.a. das Eigentumsrecht am Hof Uetzikon3, von dem u.a. Heinrich Bannwart von Rapperswil einen Erblehenszins entrichtet (... item Heinr. Banwart de Raprechtswile4 decem quartalia tritici ...).
