Papst Johannes XXII. reserviert dem Konstanzer Kleriker Rudolf de Curia ein kirchliches Benefizium, dessen Verleihung dem Kloster St. Gallen zusteht (... ad dilectorum filiorum .. abbatis et conventus monasterii sancti Galli ordinis sancti Benedicti Constantiensis diocesis collationem vel provisionem seu presentationem vel quamcumque aliam dispositionem communiter vel divisim pertinens, cuius quidem beneficii, si sine cura fuerit, fructus redditus et proventus quinquaginta librarum Turonensium1 parvorum secundum taxationem decime valorem annuum non exedanta) ...).
